Hill Country
Featuring: Jay- saxes and lead vocals. Moses Patrou- percussion and vocals. Scott Sharrard- guitar/vocals. Dred Scott- keys. Jeff Hanley- bass. Diego Voglino-drums.
One of the most sought-after musicians in the jazz, rock, and blues arenas, Jay Collins is known for currently working with the Gregg Allman Band, Levon Helm (of The Band), The Organiks, and the Chris Bergson Band. In addition, Jay has performed extensively with the Allman Brothers Band, Jacky Terrasson, James Hunter, Bobby Sanabria, and the late jazz musicians Andrew Hill and LeRoy Vinnegar. Collins and the Kings County Band mix up blues, New Orleans rhythms, jazz, and rock into a modern patchwork of root-bound sound.
I am looking forward to seeing all of you this Thursday. Thanks!
