Sid Griffin's future book.

Thanks for the heads up from Mary Wogan, author of the Visions of Dylan UK blog that we frequent, for informing us that Million Dollar Bash author Sid Griffin is working on another Bob Dylan-based novel about his '70s work, including the Rolling Thunder Review. Mary, who resides in Ireland, recently caught Sid's book discussion tour while visiting in NY.

The Band tribute band "The Band" keeps the torch alive.

Although we can no longer enjoy the original The Band, its tribute band The Band keeps the torch alive. It will be performing live @ the Turning Point Cafe in Peirmont, NY this wkd. One of them closely resembles the appearance of the late Richard Manuel.

Belated R.I.P. to folk photographer David Gahr.

Bob Dylan, Joan Baez & Bruce Springsteen were all photographed by the great folk photographer David Gahr who passed away late May.
