'69 Woodstock Festival panel discussion.

From the http://www.woodstockmusicshop.com/ website:

The Colony Café will host the "Roots of '69 Woodstock Festival" Event this Saturday, August 9. The event will feature discussion panels from 12:30-2:30 p.m. and live music from 2:45-5 p.m. This is a FREE event! Woodstock Times Publisher Geddy Sveikauskas will moderate a panel discussion, which will detail the events surrounding the legendary three-day Woodstock Music and Art Fair and how the concert came to bear the Woodstock name – even though it was held in Bethel, over 60 miles away from Woodstock. Panel members include: Michael Lang, ‘69 Festival promoter and musical visionary; Paul McMahon, local musician; Bill West, former government official; Jeremy Wilber, former Town Supervisor; and Jean Young, co-author of "Woodstock Festival Remembered.” Musical performers will include Joey Eppard, Naked, SPIV, Ben Vita and Hair of the Dog, among others.

Colony Cafe is located on Rock City Rd in the center of Woodstock, NY & always hosts amazing events.
