Dreamland Studios of West Hurley, NY to reopen.

The recording studio that has played host to the B-52s, 10,000 Maniacs & many others will reopen after closing in '05 due to smaller studio competition. The studio is a century-old church started by a monk. Here's The Woodstock Times inline article link:

Water Street Films just updated its cool blog regarding its production of a Richard Manuel (The Band) upcoming documentary. Recently, producers Jason & Jeremy traveled to CA & Canada to meet Jon Taplin, Mickey Jones & some of Richard's family, including his widow Arlie.
